Yes. SiteHub is built in React Native and runs natively on both iOS and Android. The same app, the same features, on any device your team is carrying.
SiteHub is offline-first — everything you add (diary entries, photos, voice notes) is saved locally on the device. The moment you're back in signal, it syncs automatically. Nothing is lost and no action is required from the user.
Clients are given Viewer access, which is controlled by you. They see submitted diary entries and reports — internal notes, draft entries, and team communications remain private. You decide what gets shared.
Both. The Solo plan starts at £19/month and is built for one site and a small crew. Many sole traders and subcontractors use it to look more professional to main contractors — a timestamped digital diary and PDF report go a long way.
Yes. The site register, daily diary, risk assessments, COSHH register, permits to work, toolbox talks, and fire roll call are all designed with CDM and HSE record-keeping in mind. Every entry is timestamped and associated with a named user, with a full audit trail across every module — exactly what's needed in the event of an inspection or incident investigation.
Most firms are up and running in under 30 minutes. The firm admin creates the account, adds sites, and sends invite links to site managers. There's no training required — if your team can use WhatsApp, they can use SiteHub.
You keep your records. Before you cancel, you can export all your site diaries and reports as PDFs. We'll also give you a 30-day data export window after cancellation. We don't hold your data hostage.
No. SiteHub is month-to-month. You can cancel any time from your account settings — no notice period, no cancellation fees. Annual billing is available at a discount if you want it, but it's never required.

What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address and the date and time of submission. We don't use tracking cookies on this page and we don't collect any other personal data without your knowledge.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used solely to send you updates about SiteHub — launch announcements, early-access invitations, and product news. We will not send you unrelated marketing or share your address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the checkbox and submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing (every email will include an unsubscribe link) or by contacting us directly.

Who we share it with

Your email address is stored and delivered via Formspree (our form processor) and, once we launch, via our email marketing provider. Both are GDPR-compliant processors. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it within 30 days.
